The beats generalize (the breadth case). Consumer confidence holds near consensus, the 5-year auction passes, and Monday's advancers (532 against 364 decliners in our universe) broaden beyond chips: the relief rally becomes a base, retest zones fill on orderly dips, and Wednesday's prints land on a tape that has already de-risked.
Monday was a one-complex rally (the narrow case). The median stock rose 0.21% on an index up 0.70%, GOOGL sits at RSI 29.5 below its 200-day into its own print, and Meta fell 1.88% on a green day: if Tuesday fades the chip bounce and the S&P closes back under Friday's 7,623.68, Monday was positioning, not repair, and most long entries never trigger, which is the design working.
Financing becomes the story (the credit case). The meter's credit component at 86 is the warning: Meta is raising up to $95B of equity to fund AI while chip suppliers show interest in buying part of it, and SpaceX is leasing about $40B of hardware through an Apollo affiliate. If the week's prints bless the spending, credit eases; if one guide wobbles, the financing structure, not demand, is what gets repriced first.

Tuesday's data is the week's undercard, printed here with its disagreements showing: the confidence and housing prints can move the open, but the week's calendar is stacked behind today. Wednesday brings the FOMC decision at 2:00 PM ET and Microsoft and Alphabet after the close; Thursday brings Q3 GDP (consensus +3.2% annualized in the carried calendars) and September PCE (core +3.1% expected against +3.0% prior, carried calendar) alongside Cheniere, Lilly and Amazon; Friday closes the week with the Employment Cost Index and the Exxon and Chevron prints. About 177 S&P 500 companies report this week (LSEG via Reuters).
Earnings today: the morning already printed three beats with raises: SoFi, UPS and Coca-Cola (actuals in Major News and Earnings Minefield). Boeing, Corning and RTX also report before the open; Visa and F5 report after the close. Cadence, today's #1 desk setup, reported Monday after the close and beat, with its guide raised: its setup card carries the actuals.
Monday was a chip rally on a filing. Anthropic filed its public S-1 on Monday, and the tape took it as permission: the S&P 500 rose 0.70% to 7,676.77, the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.82% to 26,169.38, the Dow rose 0.28% to 52,361.58 and the Russell 2000 rose 0.38% to 2,786.42, while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose 2.82% to 11,083.47 (Reuters and dated closing wraps, Oct 26). The filing itself cuts both ways, and this morning's AI Trade Dashboard prints both: first-half revenue of $16.29B with the operating loss narrowed to $693M and positive operating cash flow of $3.93B, against long-term compute commitments reported at $450B to $750B and a target debut valuation of $1.5T to $2T (SEC S-1 via Dealroom and Investopedia, Oct 26 to 27). Underneath, breadth was thin: the median S&P 500 stock rose 0.21%, and Nasdaq new lows (349) outnumbered new highs (82) on an up day (Market Autopsy and Kalkine wraps, Oct 26).
Three beats before the open, all with raises. SoFi printed adjusted EPS of $0.18 against $0.17 expected (Zacks) on record adjusted net revenue of $1.4B, up 44%, with adjusted EBITDA up 70% to $470M, members up 35% to 17.1 million, and full-year revenue guidance raised to $5.04B with a 2027 outlook of about $6.4B; the shares rose about 9% in premarket trading (company release via Business Wire, Oct 27; Reuters, Oct 27). UPS printed adjusted EPS of $1.69 against $1.62 consensus on revenue of $22.9B, up 6.7%, and raised its full-year outlook to about $92.6B of revenue and about $7.28 of adjusted EPS; the shares rose 1.14% premarket (company 8-K via Morningstar, Oct 27; TheFly via TipRanks, Oct 27). Coca-Cola printed comparable EPS of $0.91 against $0.88 expected on net revenue of $13.38B, up 7%, and raised full-year comparable EPS growth guidance to at least 11% (company release via Business Wire, Oct 27). Coca-Cola matters to this page's ledger directly: the open KO desk position held its $91.90 stop by 4 cents on Monday (low $91.94) and carried into this print.
The financing stack grew on the same day the burn improved. Meta said Monday it plans to raise up to $95B, about $35B in launched common and preferred offerings plus an at-the-market program of up to $60B, with Nvidia, AMD and Broadcom showing interest in up to $5B of the stock in total, and future commitments cited at about $825B (Reuters, Oct 26). Separately, an Apollo affiliate will buy AI chips and server hardware and lease them to SpaceX, with total principal payments of about $40B (Reuters, Oct 26). The dashboard's read is printed in Credit Watch: the financing-complexity trigger was already Yes, and Monday added its two newest examples in one session.
Brazil crashed, and it was not about Brazil alone. The Ibovespa fell about 13.7% on Monday after Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva's surprise runoff victory wrong-footed positioning built for his opponent (Market Briefer global close, Oct 26). The desk prints it because a 13.7% single-day fall in a major emerging market is the week's first reminder that positioning, not fundamentals, sets the size of the move when a crowded trade is wrong, two days before the FOMC and the mega-cap prints test crowded positioning here.
Gas consolidated at historic scale. Range Resources rose 17.66% to $53.56, the best gain in our 900-name universe, after EQT agreed to acquire it in an all-stock deal valuing the combined company at more than $50B, at 0.987 EQT shares per Range share, with about $325M of expected annual cost savings and a projected close in the first quarter of 2027 (Motley Fool and Everhint wraps, Oct 26). EQT fell 1.40% on the same news. The read-through for this page is Thursday's Cheniere print: the gas complex is consolidating into the AI power buildout, and LNG is today's carried desk position into that print (see the Scoreboard).
Oil kept handing back Friday's spike. WTI settled Monday at $101.34, down 1.87%, and Brent's spot close printed $111.42 (Barchart, Oct 26) against Friday's $116.72 settle, as Saudi, Pakistani and Turkish officials headed to Tehran for talks (Reuters via dated wraps, Oct 26); Tuesday morning prints put WTI at $100.58 and Brent near $110.89 (Kitco, 07:09 ET, Oct 27). Contract prints differ across feeds and are ranged here rather than blended. The 10-year Treasury closed Monday at 5.00% on the official par curve (4.987% on a market-quote basis), the 2-year at 4.68% par, the dollar index closed at 101.63 (MarketWatch, Oct 26) and EUR/USD at 1.1328. OPEC+ meets Sunday, Nov 1.
Celestica is the morning's gap, correctly labeled. Celestica closed Monday's regular session at $246.65, down about 5%, and then jumped about 16% in extended trading after reporting adjusted EPS of $3.30 against $2.99 expected on revenue of $5.83B against $5.48B expected, with full-year revenue guidance raised to $21B from $20.5B (Benzinga via TradingView, Oct 26); Tuesday premarket prints kept the move, up over 15% (TradingKey and Investopedia, Oct 27). The swing desk flagged the name Monday; the desk here prints the regular close and the extended move as two different facts, because they are, and carries the name as a watch, not a chase (see Watch).
| SCANNER UNIVERSE (S&P 500 + MIDCAP 400), OCT 26 CLOSE | READING |
|---|---|
| Advancers / decliners (902 names with bars; the download failed on 1 ticker, VYLR) | 532 / 364 |
| Above 50-day average | 54.10% |
| Above 200-day average | 52.89% |
| At a 52-week high | 28 |
Desk-computed from the scanner's refreshed price cache. Monday repaired Friday's internals on the surface: advancers rose from 258 to 532, the above-50-day share recovered from 52.22% to 54.10%, and the above-200-day share rose to 52.89%. The quality of the repair is the open question: outside this universe, the median S&P 500 stock rose only 0.21% against the index's 0.70% and Nasdaq new lows outnumbered new highs 349 to 82 (Market Autopsy and Kalkine, Oct 26), so the index-level bounce was narrower than the universe count suggests. Put/call and full-market new-high/new-low counts for this desk's own universe had no dated verifiable source this morning and are omitted rather than estimated.
| INSTRUMENT | LEVEL | READ |
|---|---|---|
| AI Cycle Risk Meter, credit component | 86 / 100 | Oct 27 dashboard, up from 84, the highest of the five components: Meta's up to $95B raise and the Apollo to SpaceX $40B hardware lease landed the same day (Reuters, Oct 26) |
| CoreWeave 5-yr CDS | 1,148 bp | Mon Oct 26 morning (S&P Global via Benzinga), off a 1,167 bp peak on Oct 22; the Oct 24 print carried in the dashboard was 1,138 bp. The stock bounced 1.76% Mon to $55.19, still 61.1% under its 52-week high, with its 2031 bonds yielding about 16.0% (Longbridge via Benzinga, Oct 26 to 27) |
| Meta 5-yr CDS | 121 bp | Oct 26 (S&P Global via Benzinga), wider from 98 bp on Sep 25 and from the about 114.5 bp record print carried in the Saturday Ledger; the context changed Monday: up to $95B of new equity issuance to fund the same commitment stack |
| Oracle 5-yr CDS | 304 bp | Oct 26 (S&P Global via Benzinga), from 236 bp on Sep 25; the Oct 21 FactSet print carried last week was 308.25 bp |
| 10-yr Treasury | 5.00% | Oct 26 Treasury daily par yield; 2-yr 4.68% par. Market-quote basis prints slightly lower (10-yr 4.987% at Monday's close, about 4.98% this morning, Tradeweb): the two bases are labeled, not blended. The level stays the meter's standing Yes trigger for elevated funding costs |
| High-yield spread (ICE BofA OAS) | 338 bp | Oct 23 (FRED, ICE BofA US High Yield OAS), the latest print in the series as of this morning's pulls. No Oct 26 FRED print exists in the sources searched: the series runs behind, and the gap is printed rather than filled |
| France 10-yr spread | 159 bp Mon morning | Carried from Monday's issue (MarketWatch live, Oct 26, after Moody's affirmed Aa3 with a negative outlook); no verified newer print in this morning's sources, and none is invented |
Desk ledger: Monday filled one setup and teased three. LNG triggered in its zone (low $294.60), touched its $300.89 first target intraday (high $302.45) and closed at $300.59, open into Thursday's print. KO held its $91.90 stop by 4 cents (low $91.94) and then beat and raised this morning. CRWD, COP and the new MU sheet never traded their zones as prices ran higher, and V and MCK (Oct 20 sheet) expired at Monday's close unfilled. Six desk positions stay open (AAPL twice, CNQ, MU, KO, LNG). Scanner ledger: three new resolutions on Monday's bars, and two are wins: TSLA +1.82R and NXPI +1.72R, both from Friday's sheet on day 1, against an MRK loss. The ledger stands at 33 resolved of 92 emitted (8 wins, 25 losses, 24.2%, expectancy -0.342R), 59 open including Monday's new 9. The pullback factor edged up to 0.488 and stays flagged.
| GAINERS | DAY | WHY |
|---|---|---|
| RRC Range Resources | +17.66% | EQT agreed to acquire Range in an all-stock deal valuing the combined company above $50B (Motley Fool, Oct 26) |
| VICR Vicor | +10.64% | Catalyst not verified in this morning's sources and not invented here |
| LITE Lumentum | +8.19% | The optical leg of the AI bounce; the swing desk carries it as a watch, extended (see Watch) |
| CART Maplebear (Instacart) | +7.87% | Follow-through on Friday's scanner breakout; the signal stays open in the ledger (entry $56.44, target $65.47) |
| FIX Comfort Systems | +7.18% | A partial reversal of Friday's -9.26% post-earnings fall |
Just outside: DOCN +6.77%, TTMI +6.73% and COHR +5.83%, which is today's #4 desk setup as a bounce, not a trend. Monday's gainers rhyme with the day: a gas takeover, the AI complex's second row, and Friday's oversold names bouncing.
| LOSERS | DAY | WHY |
|---|---|---|
| FICO Fair Isaac | -13.15% | The day's worst in the universe by a wide margin; catalyst not verified in this morning's sources and not invented here |
| AMKR Amkor Technology | -6.34% | Sold against a +2.82% semiconductor index day; catalyst not verified this morning |
| DASH DoorDash | -6.10% | Catalyst not verified this morning |
| CHTR Charter Communications | -5.92% | Telecom at the lows: Charter printed at 52-week-low ground in Monday's wraps (Everhint, Oct 26), the same trade that paid for Friday's tower headline |
| WHR Whirlpool | -5.91% | Catalyst not verified this morning |
Just outside: WSO -5.46% and PINS -4.88%. Unlike Friday's single-name list, Monday's losers include a heavyweight (FICO) falling 13% on a green index day, which is the narrow-rally story told from the other side.

Closes, moving averages and RSI (Wilder) desk-computed from the scanner cache (Oct 26 bars); BB's close is a Finnhub print (open $8.93, high $9.28, low $8.91) and its RSI is printed n/a. Monday's tells: the two names that report Wednesday sit at opposite ends of the table: MSFT goes in above its 50-day at RSI 57.2, GOOGL goes in below its 200-day at RSI 29.5, the most oversold reading in the table, after falling on a day its sector rallied. TSLA did the day's heavy lifting among the giants (+5.21% on a Barclays upgrade, per the AI Trade Dashboard) and its Friday scanner signal paid the ledger +1.82R the same session (see the Scoreboard). AAPL fell 1.10% on the green day and stays an open desk position above both its stops.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| S&P 500 | 7,676.77 | 7,623.68, Friday's close, then the 7,600 round number | 7,700 to 7,744, then the 7,818.93 record close area | Monday reclaimed Friday's close without broadening. Holding above 7,623.68 into the FOMC keeps Monday a base day; a close back under it, with decliners leading again, reclassifies Monday as a one-day chip bounce. |
| SPY | $765.37 | $759.97 area, Friday's close | $767.81 (50-day), then $769 to $770 congestion | SPY closed $2.44 under its 50-day after Monday's rally: close, not reclaimed. The 50-day is resistance until a close takes it, and Wednesday's FOMC plus Microsoft and Alphabet are still the likeliest reclaim or rejection event. |
| QQQ | $712.20 | $704.40, Friday's close | $725.81 (50-day) | QQQ gained 1.11% Monday and still sits $13.61 under its 50-day: the bounce narrowed the gap without changing the structure. |
| 10-yr yield | 5.00% Mon (Treasury par), about 4.98% this morning on a quote basis | 2-yr: 4.68% Mon (Treasury par) | Today's 5-year note auction is the quiet day's real rates event, with the 10-year pinned just under 5%. Thursday's PCE is the test that can move it; a close above 5.20% this week stays the desk's warning level. | |

SPDR returns desk-computed from yfinance closes for the Oct 26 session (day against the Oct 23 close; 5-session and 21-session price returns from the same series, labeled as such; prior issues in this run carried Finnhub prints for this table, and small method differences between the two series are possible). The two prints that cross-check against Monday's wraps agree: technology +1.69% and communication -1.57% match the session wraps exactly. The rotation story has not changed its ending, only its middle: Monday's leadership (technology, industrials) is the month's laggard group, and the month's leadership (energy, utilities, staples) sat Monday out. One day of chips does not rotate a month.
Four conditional longs from this morning's 8:00 AM swing report, ranked as the swing desk ranked them. One honesty note, printed the way the swing delivery itself printed it: its run record preserved the four setups and their types, but not its exact entry, stop and target prices, so every level below is a desk level set off the Oct 26 close and labeled as such. Nothing here is presented as the swing sheet's own price. Two of the four are earnings structures by construction: CDNS reported Monday after the close and beat, so its trade is the post-print retest, and SOFI is a conditional trade on this morning's print, not ahead of it. Monday's setups are carried in the Scoreboard.
The swing desk's lead called the structure before the number, and the number agreed: CDNS rose 1.79% Monday to $322.17 (desk-computed; high $331.65, low $315.35), closing above its 50-day average ($318.78) on 1.94 times its 20-day average volume, with RSI at 48.1, not extended. Cadence then reported Monday after the close and beat: EPS $2.11 against $2.05 consensus (MarketBeat), revenue $1.633B against $1.61B expected, backlog $8.2B, and the full-year guide raised (revenue $6.387B to $6.417B, adjusted EPS $8.37 to $8.43) (company release via MarketBeat and Zacks, Oct 26). The desk entry is therefore the post-print retest of the breakout shelf at $316.50 to $322.50, with the print already in hand rather than ahead of the position; the stop at $305.00 sits under the 10-day low ($305.19), the first target is the 10-day high at $344.13 and the second the 20-day high at $361.91. The Street's first reactions are in Analyst Actions: Baird raised its target to $440 and Needham to $430 this morning. One source conflict, printed rather than blended: a MarketBeat snapshot in this morning's research carried a $356.46 close for CDNS, which contradicts the desk's computed bar series and the 50-day context on every other source, so the desk prints its own computed close and flags the outlier here. Invalidation: close below $305.00
The print did the arguing this morning: adjusted EPS of $1.69 against $1.62 consensus, revenue of $22.9B, up 6.7%, against $22.28B expected, and the full-year outlook raised to about $92.6B of revenue and about $7.28 of adjusted EPS (company 8-K via Morningstar, Oct 27; TheFly via TipRanks, Oct 27). The stock's own reaction was restrained, up 1.14% in premarket trading, after closing Monday at $100.32, down 0.73% (desk-computed), above its 50-day ($98.85) with RSI at 60.1 and a month of higher closes behind it (the last ten closes run $94.79 to $101.52). The desk entry is the shelf the stock built on the way up: $98.50 to $101.00, from the 50-day to Monday's close; stop at $94.00, under the 10-day low ($94.13); first target the $102.15 high, second a desk extension at $110.00. The swing desk ranked it second, and the desk here agrees: a beat-and-raise with a muted premarket is a retest trade, not a gap chase. Invalidation: close below $94.00
The swing desk's own label is conditional, and the condition is the whole trade. SoFi beat this morning by every line that matters: adjusted EPS $0.18 against $0.17 expected (Zacks), record adjusted net revenue of $1.4B, up 44%, against $1.25B expected, adjusted EBITDA up 70% to $470M, members up 35% to a record 17.1 million, and the full-year guide raised (revenue to $5.04B from $4.75B to $4.85B, adjusted EPS to $0.61), with a 2027 outlook of about $6.4B of revenue and $0.90 of EPS (company release via Business Wire, Oct 27). Monday's regular close was $14.46, down 1.06% (Finnhub; SoFi sits outside the scanner's cash-equity cache, so the close is a named Finnhub print, not a desk-computed bar), and the shares traded at $16.13 in premarket at 08:41 ET, up 11.55% (Finnhub), after an earlier Reuters print of about +9%: the zone below was set against the $16.13 print, and the range between the two premarket prints is stated rather than blended. Desk levels, conditional by construction: the entry zone at $15.50 to $16.25 exists only if the post-print open holds the gap; a gap that fills back under Monday's $14.46 close voids the setup, and the stop at $14.30 sits just under that line. First target $18.00, second $20.00, the level of Monness Crespi's Oct 26 Buy initiation, printed as a reference, not a promise. The Street's argument into the print (Truist cut its target to $16 on Oct 23; Monness initiated at $20 on Oct 26) is now the trade's map: the zone sits between the two targets because the stock does. Invalidation: a fill of the earnings gap, close below $14.30
The swing desk's fourth is a bounce with a catalyst, sized like one: COHR rose 5.83% Monday to $221.50 (desk-computed; low $208.86, high $225.66) off its 10-day low of $203.55, on the StoneX Buy initiation dated Thu Oct 22 in the underlying reports (StoneX, $425 target, in Analyst Actions). The honesty line: this is not a trend trade. RSI is 35.3, the close sits $55 under the 20-day average ($276.13) and $64 under the 50-day ($285.82), and the last ten closes show the fall that made the bounce possible ($289.98 down to $207.82 before Monday). The desk entry is Monday's own range shelf, $208.50 to $221.50; the stop at $203.00 sits under the 10-day low; the targets are the printed shelves on the way back up, $237.53 and $263.32, both prior closes in the decline. If the bounce cannot hold Monday's low ground, there is no second argument. Invalidation: close below $203.00
From the Monday, October 26 close: the scanner qualified 9 signals across its 900-name liquid universe, and for the first time in this ledger every one of them is a momentum pullback. No padding: the cap is 10 and the sheet earned 9. Three honest flags. First, the menu narrowed on a green day: the index rose 0.70% and advancers led 532 to 364 in the universe, yet no breakout, gap or cup qualified, because Monday's strength was a rebound inside existing trends, not new highs. Friday's three breakouts (CART, SIGI, REXR) remain open in the ledger and unresolved. Second, this sheet leans on names the ledger already knows, and not fondly: BRKR (#1), IEX (#2), MCHP (#6) and TEL (#9) have each stopped out as pullbacks earlier in this ledger, and EHC (#5) overlaps its own still-open signal from Friday's sheet, so the same name now carries two open pullback entries at nearly the same levels, scored separately, exactly as published. Third, FFIV (#7) reports tonight after the close, inside its first session: the scanner does not know the calendar, and the reader should.
RSI 50, on the MA20 ($58.91) inside an uptrend, 4.0% under the 10-day high. Pullback to the rising 20-day area inside an intact uptrend. Resolves against these levels over the next 10 sessions in the public ledger. Invalidation: close below $57.14

RSI 51, on the MA20 ($76.37) inside an uptrend, 2.4% under the 10-day high. Pullback to the rising 20-day area inside an intact uptrend. Resolves against these levels over the next 10 sessions in the public ledger. Invalidation: close below $74.08
RSI 56, on the MA20 ($457.81) inside an uptrend, 4.5% under the 10-day high. Pullback to the rising 20-day area inside an intact uptrend. Resolves against these levels over the next 10 sessions in the public ledger. Earnings flag: F5 reports tonight, Tue Oct 27, after the close, inside this signal's first session. Invalidation: close below $444.08
RSI 53, on the MA20 ($325.86) inside an uptrend, 4.5% under the 10-day high. Pullback to the rising 20-day area inside an intact uptrend. Resolves against these levels over the next 10 sessions in the public ledger. Invalidation: close below $316.09

Method, in the open: pattern factors start as the archive win rates (momentum pullback 55.6% from 1,185 resolved signals; breakout from range 71.7% from 46; gap up and hold 62.4% from 101; cup and handle 56.1% from 41), held as Bayesian priors capped at 120 pseudo-signals. Each signal resolves win, loss or expired against its own printed stop and target within 10 sessions, first touch, stop checked first within a day; expired counts as no win. Monday's bars moved the learner for the first time in three sessions: TSLA won +1.82R and NXPI won +1.72R, both day-1 resolutions from Friday's sheet, against an MRK loss, taking the pullback's live record to 8 wins in 33 resolutions (24.2%, expectancy -0.342R, improved from -0.461R) and its factor from 0.485 to 0.488. The pattern stays flagged for human review under the standing rule (posterior below 50% on 20 or more live resolutions): two day-1 wins improve the expectancy without clearing the flag, and the sheet prints both facts. Breakouts, gaps and cups still have no live resolutions; 59 signals are open.
| FIRM (DATED) | TICKER | ACTION |
|---|---|---|
| JPMorgan (Mon Oct 26) | LNG | Target raised to $344 (via ad-hoc news, Oct 26), alongside the QatarEnergy contracted-volume story. Directly relevant to the open desk position: LNG triggered Monday, touched its first target intraday, and reports Thu Oct 29 before the open |
| Barclays (Mon Oct 26) | TSLA | Raised to Overweight with a $450 target, from $370 (dated analyst roundups in this morning's research), the driver of Tesla's +5.21% Monday session in the AI Trade Dashboard. The same session resolved Friday's TSLA scanner signal as a +1.82R win |
| Baird; Needham (Tue Oct 27) | CDNS | Post-print target raises after Monday's beat: Baird to $440 from $420 (Outperform) and Needham to $430 from $400 (Dow Jones via TradingView and Benzinga ratings feeds, Oct 27). Today's #1 desk setup |
| UBS (Mon Oct 26) | AMZN | Target raised to $348 from $318, Buy (dated Oct 26 in this morning's research), two days ahead of Thursday's print |
| StoneX (Thu Oct 22, dated correctly) | COHR | Initiated at Buy with a $425 target (Cody Acree; underlying reports dated Oct 22). Today's #4 desk setup is the bounce that followed |
| Goldman Sachs (Mon Oct 26) | KOSPI | 12-month KOSPI target cut to 9,000 from 12,000 (Aju Press and Money Today, Oct 26, via the AI Trade Dashboard). A market call, not a single-stock action, printed here because the foreign-flows meter component moved on the same tape |
No named, dated post-print analyst actions on SoFi or UPS were verified by press time this morning, and none are invented here: the prints landed at about 7:00 AM ET and the desk prints the absence rather than recycling last week's Truist cut ($16, Oct 23) or Monness initiation ($20, Oct 26) as if they were reactions to numbers they preceded. No Oct 26 to 27 actions were verified for AVGO, CRDO, MU, CRWD or PANW in this desk's sources.
| NAME | WHY IT IS ONLY A WATCH |
|---|---|
| CLS Celestica | The morning's gap, correctly labeled: regular close Mon $246.65, down about 5%, then about +16% in extended trading on a beat and a guidance raise (adjusted EPS $3.30 vs $2.99; revenue $5.83B vs $5.48B; FY guide to $21B), holding up over 15% in Tue premarket. A 16% extended-hours gap off a down close is a watch for the first regular-session shelf, not an entry |
| LITE $818.10 | Up 8.19% Monday (desk-computed) and the swing desk's extended watch: RSI 41.7, still $130 under its 20-day average ($948.60). A bounce inside a downtrend, however loud, is a watch until it builds a shelf |
| AVGO $329.17 | Up 2.33% Monday; the swing desk's trigger is a close above $341.23, which has not happened. Below the trigger it is a watch; the trigger, not the bounce, is the setup |
| CRDO Credo Technology | The swing desk's volatile bounce watch. The name is outside the scanner's cash-equity cache this morning, so no desk levels are printed for it rather than borrowed ones |
| CRWD $261.83 | Monday's desk setup that never filled: Monday's low was $254.06 against a $243.00 to $250.00 retest zone, and the close extended to $261.83. The retest structure stays the call; chasing the extension is the one trade this page will not print |
| TSLA $391.62 | Up 5.21% Monday on the Barclays upgrade, back above its 200-day, and already booked by this page as a scanner win (+1.82R). A resolved win is a result, not a fresh entry |
| MSFT / GOOGL | Wednesday's prints, at opposite technical poles (MSFT above its 50-day at RSI 57.2; GOOGL below its 200-day at RSI 29.5), with the FOMC decision hours before them. Neither is a Tuesday trade on this page |
| BB $9.19 | Up 3.03% Monday (Finnhub), a second straight recovery session after Thursday's fall. A price fact worth watching into its Dec 17 print; no catalyst verified in this desk's sources, and no story invented |
| NAME | DATE | NOTE |
|---|---|---|
| SOFI, UPS, KO | Today, reported before the open | Three beats, three raises. SOFI: adj EPS $0.18 vs $0.17, revenue $1.4B (+44%), FY guide to $5.04B, shares about +9% premarket. UPS: adj EPS $1.69 vs $1.62, revenue $22.9B, FY guide raised, shares +1.14% premarket. KO: comparable EPS $0.91 vs $0.88, revenue $13.38B, FY EPS growth guide raised to at least 11%. SOFI and UPS are desk setups #3 and #2 today; KO is an open desk position. Also before today's open: BA, GLW and RTX (their actuals were not in this desk's verified set at press time and are not summarized from previews) |
| V, FFIV | Today, after the close | Tonight's pair carries one of this page's own structures: FFIV is scanner signal #7, reporting inside its first session. Visa reports with an Oct 21 desk no-fill still on the books expiring Wed: the print prices that ledger line too. Cadence, desk setup #1, already reported Monday after the close: EPS $2.11 vs $2.05, revenue $1.633B, guide raised (see its setup card) |
| MSFT, GOOGL | Wed Oct 28, after close, confirmed | Hours after the FOMC decision at 2:00 PM ET. Consensus carried in the Reuters preview via the AI Trade Dashboard: MSFT EPS $4.71 with Azure growth near 45%; GOOGL EPS $2.94. MSFT holds its 50-day into the print; GOOGL sits below its 200-day at RSI 29.5 |
| LNG, LLY | Thu Oct 29, before open | LNG is company-confirmed, and it is an open desk position that triggered Monday and touched its first target intraday: consensus EPS $4.22 on $5.41B revenue (MarketBeat), with a $4.06 estimate at Zacks and Yahoo and $4.27 at TipRanks in this morning's research: the spread is printed, not averaged. JPMorgan raised its LNG target to $344 on Mon Oct 26 |
| AMZN | Thu Oct 29, after close | Consensus about $1.96 EPS on about $202.16B revenue (MarketBeat, carried in this morning's research). The same day carries Q3 GDP and September PCE (core 3.1% expected): Thursday is the week's densest day by a wide margin |
| CVX, XOM | Fri Oct 30, before open | Month-end Friday, with the Employment Cost Index the same morning. CVX's desk story is already complete (both targets taken last week); the prints now price the energy complex that COP's still-unfilled setup and LNG's open position both reference |
| AAPL, PLTR | Mon Nov 2, after close | AAPL confirmed by Apple IR. Two open AAPL desk positions (Oct 15 and Oct 23 sheets) run into this print; the desk flagged it a week early in the Saturday Ledger on purpose, and the flag stands |
Monday's bars moved the desk ledger on four lines. LNG filled and ran: the Oct 26 sheet's $289.50 to $297.00 zone traded Monday (low $294.60, Finnhub bar), the high at $302.45 touched the $300.89 first target intraday, and the close at $300.59, up 0.64%, sits just under it: booked as triggered, target touched, position open into Thursday's before-open print, with the $286.50 stop now the line that matters. KO survived by 4 cents: Monday's low was $91.94 against the $91.90 stop, the close was $92.70, and this morning's beat and raise (comparable EPS $0.91, full-year guide raised) is the reward for a stop placed under a shelf instead of inside the noise: position open, and the print, not the desk, now sets the next level. CRWD and COP stayed unfilled by design: Monday's lows ($254.06 and $149.24) never reached their retest zones ($243.00 to $250.00 and $145.50 to $148.50), and both closed higher (CRWD $261.83, COP $151.37 at RSI 77.3). The new MU sheet joined them: Monday's low of $882.77 stayed above its $860.00 to $878.00 zone while the close at $903.70 ran through the $891.89 first target without us, the CCI pattern from last week repeated in a second name: thesis right, entry unfilled, booked as a no-fill trajectory with its window still open, not as a win.
Expiries and the older ledger, carried at Monday's closes. V and MCK (Oct 20 sheet) expired at Monday's close unfilled (Monday lows $402.64 and $988.03, never near their zones) and are booked as expired no-fills. AAPL (Oct 15 and Oct 23 sheets): both open, Monday close $343.91, above the $337.50 and $338 stops, targets $355 and $360, print Mon Nov 2. MU (Oct 21): open, close $903.70, stop $840. CNQ (Oct 20): open at the Saturday Ledger's last verified close of $55.06 (outside the scanner cache; no newer verified close reached this desk this morning, so the Ledger's print is carried, labeled as such). CSX and LMT (Oct 22): still no-fills, and LMT ran further away Monday (+5.13% to $635.20). NOC and V (Oct 21): no-fills expiring Wed Oct 28. SPOT (Oct 22): carried as a watch. Desk tally: 12 resolved booked (3 wins, 4 losses, 5 no-fills including the two expiries), 6 positions open, the rest unfilled and watching.
The scanner ledger had its best day since launch, and the page prints it without inflating it. Three resolutions on Monday's bars: TSLA (Oct 23 sheet) won +1.82R on day 1 as Monday's +5.21% session carried through its $396.64 target intraday, NXPI (Oct 23 sheet) won +1.72R on day 1, and MRK (Oct 16 sheet) lost -1.0R on day 6. The running ledger: 92 signals emitted, 33 resolved, 59 open; every resolution is still a momentum pullback; 8 wins, 25 losses, win rate 24.2%, expectancy -0.342R, improved from -0.461R. The learner folded all three: the pullback factor rose from 0.485 to 0.488 and the pattern stays flagged for human review, because a posterior under 50% on 33 live resolutions is a fact two good days do not repeal. Friday's breakout sheet (CART, SIGI, REXR) is still entirely open: CART rose another 7.87% Monday toward its $65.47 target without resolving, and whether breakouts resolve better than pullbacks remains this week's first unanswered data point.
Pattern Weather. The menu is the regime read, and Monday's menu is the narrowest yet: nine signals, all pullbacks, on a day the index rose 0.70%. Thursday printed breakouts, Friday printed pullbacks, Monday printed only pullbacks at higher prices. Read together, the scanner is describing a tape whose strength is rebounds inside trends rather than fresh leadership: breakouts need new highs to exist, and a market where the median stock rises 0.21% on an up day does not mint many. In that tape the desk's edge stays placement over prediction: retest zones, stops under shelves, and sizes that assume Wednesday and Thursday, not the quiet Tuesday, set the week's range.
Two old ledgers, printed side by side, never blended. The legacy product page tracked 663 patterns (651 resolved) at a 61.9% win rate and +0.08R expectancy under its per-setup yardstick (audit Oct 2). The complete signal export received since (Oct 17) covers 3,494 signals, of which 1,903 are closed: win rate 52.3%, expectancy +0.106% per signal, profit factor 1.07, average hold 2.9 days, under the archive evaluator's rules. The export is the fuller record and supersedes the page figures for the old system. This page keeps one ledger, in public, from Oct 15 forward.
